Getting ready details ✨

Typically when I first arrive at your wedding, it’s time for me to shoot the wedding details! For the BRIDE: these details can include the wedding dress (on a nice hanger if possible), veil, shoes, jewelry, hair pieces, perfume, wedding rings (engagement and both bands), invitation suite, bridal bouquet, extra blooms from your florist for styling, vow books, custom ring box, and anything else that is unique to you. If able, please have everything in a “bridal bag” ready for me before I arrive so that I can start photographing right away! For the GROOM: these details can include boutonniere, tie/bowtie, cuff links, watch, pocket square, special socks, shoes, flask, etc. Are you interested in me photographing the "Getting Ready Details" as described above? Please describe any unique details you'd like me to capture that I may not know about.

Are you doing a First Look or Aisle Reveal?

Family Portraits

Please include a list IN DETAIL of all family group shots you would like captured! PLEASE INCLUDE FIRST NAMES. Here are some examples: B+G with Uncle Joe and Aunt Susan B+G with Grandpa Ed and Grandma Esther B+G with flowergirl B+G with flowergirl and ring bearer B+G with Aunt Polly and Aunt Melissa I always suggest 10-15 shots - as these do take up more time than you'd think!

Are there any split family situations or uncomfortable family situations that I need to know about before family portraits? If so, please explain...

Please confirm with a ‘YES’ that photographer(s) will receive a HOT MEAL at the reception. The best time for this is immediately after the bridal party has been served so that we are done eating by the time the rest of your events start. Please talk to your coordinator and caterers about our meals - thank you!
